About Marissa Koetting

Meet Marissa, aka “Double, Dub or Dubs”!

When you find yourself “under contract” with HHMCo, you’ll get the chance to meet Dubs, our transaction coordinator, who keeps all of us in line with dates, deadlines and scheduling all of your post-contract appointments. We are so excited to have her on our team!

Marissa is starting her journey in real estate after several years in coaching and higher education. A coach at heart, she loves helping people learn and grow no matter the pursuit. During her time in the sports world, she learned the importance of details and the true value of having a good team at your back. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she spent several years in Louisiana developing a love for spicy food and their fun-loving family-oriented way of life. From there she pursued her coaching career with stops in Houston, Amarillo, and Mississippi. She enjoys spending her time hiking outside with her dog, reading philosophy, and still finding ways to coach whenever possible.
