17882 Gray Mare Lane

The prettiest and best lot now available. Corner lot with mature ponderosa, Pikes Peak views, and easterly views of the beautiful Bijou Basin. Lots of building sites with walk out potential. Domestic wells in the area, protective but not restrictive covenants, good rural school. Peyton Pines is a gem with horses allowed, walking/riding trails. This lot is phenominal. Lots of deer, turkey, and other wildlife. Homestead Park is nearby and easy commute north and to Springs.
